Chicago Bears Defensive End Passes away at 26

Chicago Bears defensive end Gaines Adams died Sunday morning of cardiac arrest, the Greenwood, S.C., county coroner said. He was 26.Greenwood County coroner James T. Coursey told ESPN that Adams, a Greenwood native, was taken to the emergency room at Self Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9 a.m. Adams, who had just completed his third season in the NFL, went into cardiac arrest at his family’s home early Sunday morning, said Marcia Kelley-Clark, chief deputy coroner for Greenwood County. STATEMENT BY WYCLEF JEAN ON HAITI EARTHQUAKE
January 13, 2010, NEW YORK—The following is a statement by Wyclef Jean on yesterday's magnitude 7.0 earthquake outside Port-au-Prince , Haiti :

"Haiti yesterday faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced.

The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince .

I cannot stress enough what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. The over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince tonight face catastrophe alone. We must act now.

President Obama has already said that the U.S. stands 'ready to assist' the Haitian people. The U.S. Military is the only group trained and prepared to offer that assistance immediately. They must do so as soon as possible. The international community must also rise to the occasion and help the Haitian people in every way possible."

Indeed My Mother Frankie needs Help and I Intend to do everything I can, but i will never Disown nor give up on her just because of the Judgement of people cold/cruel Hearts. She gave me Life and I Respect her for that.

I Trust, Believe and have Faith in GOD which is why I’m blessed(Appreciative and Grateful) Through all the Challenges that comes my way their is a Lesson Learned, I’m taking notes and ready to take these Challenges Head On. I have not used anyone!!!!!!! Held my own even before the Lights, Camera, Action! My Mother has done things that any parent would for her children but she does not take care of me under any circumstance(nor anyone else for that matter) My son is well taken care of by me and his father as well. Haiti was hit with a massive earthquake late this afternoon just outside the capital city of Port-au-Prince. The full effects of the quake haven’t been assessed but in a country that has a long history of political strife and poverty the results could be devastating.
